RETURN POLICY

Please do ensure that you are aware of the return’s eligibility before your place the order.

For orders delivered in India.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get an exchange against the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product within 24 HOURS of the delivery provided goods are in their original condition with the tags still attached. Please note that the return shipping charges will be borne by you. We don’t have reverse pick up services available with us.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the tags, receipt, Invoice and other order related documents intact with the return. Please Email kayadesigns@outlook.com or Call/WhatsApp on +91 9810008782 to inform a return and update us with the tracking # once you ship the product back to us. Please note that the return shipping charges will be borne by you. We don’t have reverse pick up services available with us.

Claiming Refunds

Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the refund. Refund will be credited in the same account which was used for making order payment.

Return Exceptions

  • A. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • B. Items sold in Sale/Offer/Discounts/Coupon/Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • C. International shipments are not non- returnable, non-refundable, non- exchangeable.
  • D. The returns are subject to the kayadesigns decision. This isn’t to panic you, as we are quite co-operative.
